Do you offer flexible payment terms?
No. This is a one-time payment program.
What happens after I pay the ₱50,000?
You’ll receive:
• Access to your store and product library
• A welcome kit and onboarding module
• Invitations to the Platinum community platforms
• You’ll also enjoy a 40-day grace period before any monthly platform subscriptions begin
Also, there will be a two-week (business days) lead time to prepare your Account with the products on it.
Are there any monthly payments after I join?
Yes. After a 40-day grace period, the following apply:
• ₱5,500/month – CommandShift Subscription (Required)
This covers ongoing access to your e-commerce platform, CRM, automation tools, and store hosting. It’s essential to keep your store running smoothly.
• Domain Name (Annual Payment – Estimated ₱900 to ₱1,200/year)
Your store includes a custom domain. This is billed annually, and the exact cost depends on your preferred domain name and extension (.com, .ph, etc.). We assist in setting this up during onboarding.
Note: You may cancel either subscription at any time, but the CommandShift subscription and domain name are required to keep your store live.
Can I still use the store if I cancel the ₱5,500 monthly subscription later?
No. The CommandShift subscription is essential for keeping your store live and operational. If you cancel or miss your payment, your store will be deactivated/paused until you renew the subscription. If your store is inactive for three months, your store will be deleted.
Do I need tech skills to get started?
Not at all. The system is designed to be beginner-friendly—complete with coaching, guided tutorials, customizable templates, and automation tools that handle most of the heavy lifting for you. However, we still recommend having at least a basic background or familiarity with digital tools and online business concepts before starting the program. This will help you make the most out of the features and support we provide.
Can I customize my store?
Absolutely! Your store is fully customizable, and all digital products come with immediate resale rights, allowing you to match your unique brand and audience.
What if I have questions or need help after I join?
You’ll be part of an exclusive community with access to Q&As, peer support, and ongoing coaching to ensure you grow confidently every step of the way.
Will I be selling physical or digital products?
This done-for-you store focuses on digital products only (planners, journals, stickers, etc.) which means no inventory, no shipping, and no handling—perfect for moms who want a low-maintenance business from home. You can also add and sell your own digital products, but you’ll manage those manually within your store.
This e-commerce website is not for physical products.
How do I receive payments from my customers?
Your store will be integrated with local payment methods including GCash, Maya, and bank transfers, making it easy for your customers in the Philippines to pay you—and you receive payments directly.
To enable these local payment methods, you need:
• An active Facebook Business Page
• Your basic business and contact details
• (If available) business documents (e.g., DTI, SEC, BIR) for verification
Note: Process for the payment gateway setup will be provided. This setup process may take some time depending on the availability and accuracy of your submitted documents.
Don’t worry! Even while the local payment setup is ongoing, you can still start selling immediately using:
• PayPal
• Stripe (for debit/credit cards)
• Or do it manually (through link forms)
These international & manual payment gateways are ready to use out of the box, so you won’t experience delays in accepting customer payments.
Do I need to register a business to start?
Not initially. But for long-term growth and legal operation, we recommend eventually registering with DTI/SEC and BIR. We can guide you through that when you’re ready.
Can I sell my own products on the store too?
Yes! You can add and sell your own digital products alongside the ones we provided. Your store is fully customizable and scalable.
